Veterinary Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator
Position is full time with possibility of some evening and Saturday hours. Responsibilities include all typical reception activities such as checking in and out clients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, receiving and recording payments, review and maintenance of patient records, settling credit cards and preparing deposits, etc. Additional responsibilities may include management of a part time receptionist, basic bookkeeping such as entering receipts, schedule review for conflicts or improvement of appointment efficiency, and review of retail stock and pricing. Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
Clinic & Lodge Attendant
You will provide care for dogs at our kennel/boarding facility, as well as assist in therapy appointments. Duties include but are not limited to; feed, walk, medicate, enrichment activities, run the underwater treadmill and HAKO whirlpool, feline and canine restraint, and learn to monitor the condition of patients and report/record any problems. Cleaning and disinfecting of all patient-care areas is included. We pride ourselves on providing the highest standard of care to all pets, specializing in special needs dogs recovering from surgery, or with other physical challenges.
Vet Tech Therapy Technician
The therapy LVT shall be responsible to ensure the proper implementation of the Veterinarian’s therapy plans, and to provide timely and thorough feedback to the Veterinarian about the patient’s response to therapy and to also provide similar information to the clients/patients. The therapy LVT shall provide instruction and direction to assistants regarding services required, records, and client communications, during appointments, and bring all issues directly to the Clinic Manager.
Veterinarian
Thera-Vet is looking for a part-time or full-time Rehab Certified Veterinarian to work with Dr. Browne. The ideal candidate is someone that can step in and develop revenue with just basic instruction on Thera-Vet principals and procedures. Acupuncture and Chiropractic certifications are a plus. Salary plus production provided with buy in opportunity for ownership potential. Responsibilities include, Initial Evaluations and rechecks with development and oversight of Therapy Care Plan administered by Veterinary Technicians, Chiropractic and Acupuncture appointments, pre and post-surgical evaluations and rechecks, and healthy dog baseline exams for preventative care options.
