Does your canine companion want to get out and enjoy the sunshine? Do your commitments such as work, school, etc. keep you from spending one-on-one outside time with your pups? Thera-Vet Acres offers Day Boarding and Day Play Mon – Thur for those seeking love, exercise, and attention for their dogs while they are away for the day.
Day Play
During day play your dog will be out in a group with other social dogs. We thoroughly screen and temperament test all dogs during their first few visits to insure they are a good match with the group they are placed within. We have numerous separate play pastures so we can run various groups based on size, age, and activity level.
We run groups of no larger than 8 dogs. Your dog will have constant supervision and lots of room to run. Our Day Play tends to be more outdoors, but we do have an indoor area for when it’s too cold or too hot.
Day Play Cancellation Policy:
Please understand that Thera-Vet Acres conducts a smaller-scale, intimate day play program. Because of this, we do rely on clients to offer notice for any cancellations and rescheduling to accommodate those that may be on our wait list. Repetitive failures to notify within a 24-hour window may result in ineligibility from the day play program.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Drop off time: 7:30am – 8:30am
- Morning half days: 7:30am – 12:30pm
- Afternoon half days: 12:30pm – 5:00pm
- Latest pick-up time: 5:00 PM
- Pick-ups past 5:00 pm will be transferred to our Lodge department and there will be an off hours fee applied to your invoice. Please call our reception desk if you will be picking up after 5:00pm
Day Play Pricing:
- Full Day (or any portion thereof): $42.00 per dog
